An English gold keyless wind minute repeating chronograph pocket watch, London Hallmark for 1889. Gilt 3/4 plate English lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, two polished hammers striking on two gongs. White enamel dial, black Roman numerals, black outer minute and 1/5th second divisions, subsidiary dials at 6 and 12 for seconds and 30 minute recording, blued steel spade hands and centre chronograph hand. 18 Carat full hunter case, polished hinged round, crest to front, chronograph button at 12, repeat slide at 6, engraving to cuvette. Case stamped JW.
