A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced manual wound chronograph pocket watch made by Longines in Saint-Imier, circa 1920. The movement with a straight line lever escapement, Geneva striping decoration and Breguet balance spring. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute and fifth of a second track with red Arabic five minute numerals, an outermost red pulsometer scale graduated to 30 pulsations, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12 and original blued hands. A polished case. Dial, case and movement signed, case and movement with matching numbers.
