A fine Swiss onyx, platinum and diamond set open faced manual wind Art Deco pocket watch made by Haas Neveux & Co in Geneva, circa 1920. Retailed by René Boivin in Paris, France. The rhodium plated movement with a straight line lever escapement, 17 jewels, a cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring and micrometre regulator. Two tone silver dial with Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track and blued steel spade & whip hands. The case is made from onyx with platinum details and diamond setting on the band. Dial signed René Boivin, movement signed by the watchmaker.
