Very rare platinum ‘extra flat’ pocket watch

A very rare platinum full hunter cased ‘extra flat’ watch, made by Audemars, Piguet & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa  1920. This numbered full hunter cased watch was crafted from platinum and is extremely thin and the original dial has Breguet hour numerals and Breguet blued steel hands. The movement has an extremely thin precision lever escapement and Geneva striping decoration.
The dial is signed.
