A Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. The jewelled movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade & whip hands. The polished case with a hinged back and an engraved lion on both sides. Dial signed by the retailer, case signed by the maker, case and movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker.
