A  Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1900. The gilded movement with a moustache lever escapement, wolf’s tooth winding and a bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gold spade hands. The plain, polished case with a personal inscription on the inside back cover Dr. João Candido de Oliveira Goiânia-Goiás. Dial signed, case numbered, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, case and cuvette with matching numbers.
