Swiss 18K gold hunting cased keyless lever watch Circa 1900

A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1900. The glazed movement is adjusted and has a Swiss moustache lever escapement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, and wolf’s tooth winding, marked Pat. Jan.8.1884. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued  steel spade hands. The hinged, foliate engraved case with a monogram on the front. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered. Accompanied by an associated 18 carat gold chain with a monogrammed locket fob.
