A Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch with associated presentation box and later dial made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The Swiss lever movement with 20 jewels, a cut and compensated bimetallic balance, wolf’s tooth winding and swan neck regulation, adjusted in eight positions. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions and heavy blued steel spade hands. A polished hinged case. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
