A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless hexagonal pocket watch with a Glasgow Import mark for 1935. Retailed by Mappin & Webb Ltd. in London. The Swiss lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. Silvered dial with applied gilt Arabic hours, an outer minute track, a sunk center, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt kite hands. The polished hexagonal case with a snap on back. Dial signed by the retailer, case numbered and stamped AM.
