A fine Swiss 18 carat gold American coin style pendant with concealed watch made by Fortilier in Geneva, circa 1970-1979. The gilt movement with 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring and micrometre regulator. Textured gilt dial with painted baton hour indexes and original black hands. The case hinged in a coin, opening with a push piece in the band. Dial signed, case numbered.
