A rare and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold open faced vintage dress watch, Cellini Ellipse, circa 1975. Bridge movement, lever escapement, Glucydur balance. Blue-coloured dial with baton hands. The plain case with a push-back and Rolex crown. Dial signed, case numbered, movement and cuvette signed and numbered.
