An 18 carat gold, à goutte full hunter cased, engine turned, monogram WD engraved by Patek Philippe (see original certificate), matching number 46362 on the case and movement.
Dome signed and numbered, special quality chronometer with solid golden screwed chronometer balance, fine regulation, massive golden gear train,  moustache lever and wolf’s toothing. Undamaged enamel dial, blued steel hand, very fine condition of preservation, very rare with original box and certificate.
