Heavy English 18 carat gold open faced deck watch with stoppable center seconds, circa 1880. Lever escapement, screwed gold chatons. Special white enamel dial with outer chronograph register, stoppable centre seconds, start and stop by lateral slider on the band and gold hands. The case back decoratively engraved. Case and movement signed, hallmarks 1880.
