An early American rose gold, gold-filled chronograph pocket watch, circa 1890. Glazed, Swiss lever movement with fine adjusting device and chronograph, patent Feb. 14th/1888, interesting and rare construction features. Very rare and attractive enamel dial with black Arabic hours in white cartouches, Art Nouveau decoration and original hands. Engine-turned case, reeded band, screwed crown. Case numbered.
