An extraordinary Swiss 18 carat gold ring watch, probably from the 1930s. Patek Philippe lever movement, Geneva striping decoration. Silvered dial with the two applied Roman hours 12 and 6, outer minute divisions. Plain round case with probably later attached ring band, the inside punched Patek Philippe, manual winding. Dial signed, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
