A very rare and very early Danish silver wristwatch chronograph, probably made for the Russian army in World War I, the so-called Faber Type, circa 1915. Very fine Swiss lever movement, intermediate wheel chronograph, 60-minute register, cock with Cyrillic inscription, fine adjusting device, large ankerchronometer balance. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, 60-minute register and blued steel hands. Plain case with Russian and Swiss silver punch, two crowns and two bows for bracelet use, the lower crown has only optical purposes and is always without function. Case numbered, dial signed.
