An exquisite Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set open faced Art Nouveau cylinder pendant watch, circa 1910. Gilt cylinder movement. Cuvette engraved with Bruxelles 1910 medals and Prima-Patent. White enamel dial with Arabic hours and gold outer minute dots, rose gold hands. The case back engine-turned, covered with translucent light blue enamel, rim engraved with applied gold decoration on white enamel, one European-cut diamond in the centre, 18K gold punch. Case numbered.
