A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced Art Deco lever dress watch, circa 1920. Retailed by Cartier. Precision lever movement, Geneva striping decoration, adjusted in eight positions, 19 jewels. Silvered dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, steel Breguet hands. White enamelled case, the back with an inlaid gold monogram. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed by watchmaker and numbered.
