A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless wind pocket watch, model Cellini, circa 1970. 19 Jewel calibre 1600 movement, manual wind. Sunburst silvered dial, applied gilt baton hour markers and gilt faceted tapering baton hands. Brushed round case, snap on back with personal inscription, lacking crown. Case signed and numbered, dial and movement signed. Accompanied by a Rolex Cellini box and yellow metal chain.
