A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch, circa 1893. Lever movement, manual wind. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer railway minute division and sunken subsidiary seconds. Hinged case back, guilloché. Hinged gold cuvette engraved A. Carrasale, seul agent, Montevideo. Dial signed, cuvette signed and numbered, movement numbered. Comes with a Patek PhilippeExtract from the Archives confirming date of sale on March 17th 1894 and fitted presentation box.
