A German silver pair cased repoussé verge pocket watch with striking mechanism, circa 1735. Verge movement with repeater. Original silver champlevé dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, blued hands, inscribed Augspurg. Pierced outer repoussé case, the back with elaborate mythological figure scene, rim decorated with four cartouches showing various animals, weapons and hunting equipment, pierced plain inner case, mythical creatures, tendrils and mascaron, the bell is missing, signed dust cover. Movement signed
