An ultra-thin Swiss platinum and multicolour gold open faced lever pocket watch, platinum & or de trois couleurs, circa 1920. Extremely thin precision lever movement, Audemars Piguet calibre. Gilt dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, blued steel hands. Case on the back and front in 20 carat gold with French punch, striped decoration worked in rose gold, yellow gold and white gold. Comes with the original box.
