This piece was manufactured in Geneva by Patek Philippe in 1906 and sold to Shreve & Co, USA in 1907. The number of diamonds of 339 mentioned in the archives is likely a mistake. There are usually 10 to 20 diamonds used on these watches. The version with the original brooch is extremely rare.

Signed: Schreve & Co – Patek Philippe
