A Swiss fine gold open faced quarter repeating automaton verge watch, circa 1820, gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, plain three arm balance and silver regulation dial.
White enamel dial in an outer chapter ring, the center showing a theatre, neo classical scene with two cherubs on the bottom striking bells, an aperture on the top revealing an automaton figure of Punchinello fighting Chronos, gold case, engine turned band, repeating mechanism activated on the pendant and case numbered.
