A Swiss 18 carat white gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1927. The manual wind damascened nickel lever movement with 18 jewels and a bimetallic compensation balance, adjusted to eight positions. Silvered dial with applied Breguet hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, engine turned subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and Breguet hands. A plain case. Dial, case and movement signed. Comes with an 18 carat white gold chain, a Certificate of Origin, an Extract from the Archives and a presentation box.
