A very rare Swiss gold and enamel bracelet verge watch, circa 1830, gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, plain three arm balance, silver regulation dial, signed Jn Frs Bautte & Cie, Genève, gilt guilloché dial, Breguet hands, Roman numerals in black enamelling, outer track for the minute graduation, key winding aperture, gold bracelet fully enamelled with scrolls, leaves, flowers and butterflies, the top part with a four colour butterfly hiding the dial, signed and numbered on the movement, fitted with the original tooled red leather presentation case.
