A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat white gold open faced oval lever dress watch, circa 1970. Rhodium-plated movement, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, a shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Silver dial with painted Breguet hours and black oxidized Breguet hands. Solid, polished case with rounded bezel, snap-on back, set with sapphire crystals. Dial and case signed, movement signed and numbered. Comes with an 18 carat white gold watch chain, a fitted presentation box and a certificate.
