A fine Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set square lever pendant watch with matching chain, circa 1910. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with 5 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Silver dial with central guilloché design with outer Breguet numerals on a matt reserve, outermost minute track and original blued steel spade hands. Case overall decorated with a grey translucent enamel over engine-turning, the back with an applied rosette and the border set with small rose-diamonds, the winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon. Movement signed, case numbered.
