A very fine French 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1907. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette with engraved presentation inscription. White enamel dial with large Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original gold Breguet hands. Polished case, flat band. Cuvette signed.
