Gold, enamel, pearl, and diamond set lever with matching brooch

A very fine, rare, and unusual Swiss 18 Carat gold, enamel, diamond, and pearl set Art Nouveau keyless lever lapel watch with detachable matching brooch set with 27 diamonds and one pearl, green, red, and coral coloured enamel decoration, circa 1910. Nickel silver movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. White enamel dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, and original gold spade hands. Solid case, the hinged partially transparent case back entirely ornamented with relief multi coloured gold floral and enamel decoration and set with 7 round diamonds, gold hinged cuvette decorated with red sun ray enamel partially visible through the case back, hinged bezel decorated in a green enamel floral relief pattern.
Dial and movement signed, case and cuvette numbered.
