A fine and thin Swiss 18 carat gold keyless lever watch set into a 20 Dollar U.S. coin dated 1904, made in the 1960s. Rhodium-plated movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Champagne coloured dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track and original blued steel spade hands. Double case, coin opening with a push-piece concealed in the band, three-body hinged inner case. Movement signed.
