An extra thin 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased knife edged (montre couteau) keyless dress watch made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1965. Accompanied by the Certificate of Origin and a hang tag. The polished case has a flush fitting snap on the back. A satine gold dial with applied black and gold baton hour indexes, and fine hands. The rhodium plated movement is stamped with the Geneva quality mark, has Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and a self compensating flat balance spring.
