A very fine, thin Swiss 18 carat gold lever watch set in a U.S. 20 Dollar gold coin dated 1904, made in the 1960s. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted in five positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Matte silver dial with painted baton indexes and Arabic numerals, original black baton hands. Double case, coin opening with a push-piece concealed in the band, three-body hinged inner case. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered.
