A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold and diamond-set reversible pendant watch on a 20-inch black cord with an 18 carat gold clasp, circa 2000. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Guilloché silver dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and dart indexes on a plain outer reserve, concentric minute track and original gold dauphine hands. Reversible case, bezel and back-perimeter set with 90 round diamonds, decorative extensions at 6 and 12, hinged bow set with 40 round diamonds, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered.
