A fine, elegant Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set open faced Belle Epoque keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1910. Matte gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette. Gilt dial with painted bold Arabic numerals, outer dot minute divisions and original blued steel spade hands. Polished case, the back overlaid with translucent royal blue enamel over guilloché stripes, white enamel line border, the centre with an applied platinum rosette set with rose-cut diamonds. Cuvette signed, case and movement numbered.
