Gold open faced repeating chronograph by Patek Philippe

An extremely fine and large Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating chronograph keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1910. Sold on November 23rd, 1931. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 35 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute and fifth of a second division with five-minute Arabic numerals and original blued steel Breguet hands. Polished case, the back with offset engraved monogram EG, chronograph safety bolt on the band at 11 o’clock. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and cuvette numbered. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
