A very fine, thin and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold and champlevé enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1920. Retailed by Tiffany. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to seven positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Brushed silver dial with applied polished gold Art Deco cubiste numerals, outer dot minute divisions and subsidiary seconds and original gold Breguet hands. Bezels and case back decorated with black and gold champlevé enamel intersected by gold flowers, geometrical pendant and bow decorated en suite, snap-on case back with initials AHB. Dial signed by retailer, movement signed by watchmaker, case and movement numbered.
