Gold, enamel, and diamond-set hunting cased pendant watch by Patek Philippe

A very fine, rare Swiss 18-carat gold, enamel, and diamond-set hunting-cased cylinder pendant watch, circa 1852. Frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-armed gilt balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Gold-hinged cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, and original blued steel Breguet hands. Case to both sides overlaid with translucent royal blue enamel and set with rose-cut diamond-set stars, the front with a central large diamond star, engraved borders and bow, reeded band. Cuvette signed.
