A very fine and rare French 18 carat white gold square keyless Art Deco lever pocket watch with 18 carat white gold chain, circa 1910. Rhodium-plated movement, stamped twice with Geneva Quality Mark, Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel self compensating Breguet balance spring adjusted to 5 positions, index regulator. Silvered dial, brushed, blue enamel Arabic numerals, outer minute track and original blued steel Breguet hands. Case with brushed finish, raised polished vertical lines, square blank cartouche to the reverse, stepped triangular pendant, French gold control marks. Dial signed, chain signed Boucheron Paris, movement numbered.
