A very fine Swiss 18-carat gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, made for the English market, circa 1920. Frosted gilt 3/4 plate movement, 15 jewels, some in screwed gold chatons, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Gold hinged cuvette. Matte silver dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, and original black spade hands. Polished case.
