A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced verge pocket watch with jump hours, circa 1830. Frosted gilt movement, cylindrical pillars, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, three-arm balance with flat balance spring, pierced and engraved continental balance cock, polished steel jewel plate, silver regulation dial. Fixed gold cuvette. Silver, engine-turned dial, jump hour aperture at the top with Arabic numerals, eccentric minute chapter and original gilt lozenge hand. Engine-turned case.
