An unusual Swiss 18 carat gold keyless lever fob watch in the form of an egg with a diamond-set chain to gold and diamond set detachable bow-broach, circa 1910. Shaped, rhodium-plated movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, compensated balance, flat steel hairspring, index regulator. Two-tone silvered dial with black Arabic numerals, outer minutes and original blued steel index hands. Hinged, polished, oval case, diamond set shoulders with an integrated winding crown to the side, attached platinum and diamond-set looped chain to gold bow with diamond floral design, inner case secured by two screws.
