A very fine, very thin and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set keyless lever dress watch with a platinum and enamel chain made for Dreicer & Co, New York, circa 1910. An Extra Adjusted rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, Ø 38 mm, stamped twice with the Seal of the Geneva Quality Mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, index regulator. Matte silvered dial with black Breguet numerals, an outer minute track and blued steel spade hands. The case back with translucent royal blue enamel over an engine-turned background, the centre with an applied platinum and rose-cut diamond-set motif, the bezel decorated to match with a white line border and bow. Dial signed by the retailer, movement numbered.
