A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold $20 U.S. coin dated 1904 with concealed watch, circa 1980s. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions to temperature, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, micrometer regulator. Satine gilt dial with painted baton indexes and black oxidized gold baton hands. Double-cased, the coin opening with a concealed push-piece in the band, a three-body hinged inner case. Dial and case signed, movement signed and numbered.
