An Austrian silver open faced 56 hour power reserve cylinder pocket watch with automatic winding, Patent Perpetual, circa 1882. Brass movement, a pedometer system with oscillating weight and screw compensation balance. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, power reserve indication at three o’clock, subsidiary seconds at six o’clock and spade & whip hands. An engine turned English case with maker’s mark JS-C.
Dial signed, case and movement numbered.
