An English silver and shagreen triple cased key wind pocket watch with repoussé decoration made for the Dutch market, London hallmark for 1774. Gilt full plate fusee verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, silver regulation, square baluster pillars. Silver champlevé dial, Roman numerals, outer arcaded minute divisions with Arabic numeral 5 minute markers, date aperture above 6, gilt hands. Polished inner case, repoussé middle case depicting a male figure playing the harp in front of a reclining figure and third outer gilt metal case with shagreen covered bezel. Dial and movement signed.
