Swiss 18 carat gold U.S. twenty dollar coin watch Circa 1970

A Swiss 18 carat gold concealed watch set into a U.S. twenty dollar coin made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1970. Manual wind movement with 18 jewels, and adjusted for temperature and five positions. Champagne coloured sunburst dial with black baton hour markers and blued steel hands. The brushed and polished case with a snap on back, hinged within a 1904 United States of America 20 dollar coin featuring Lady of Liberty on the front and the double eagle on the reverse, a winding crown at 1 o’clock, the hinged front opened via a pushbutton in the band at 3. Case, dial and movement signed. Comes with the original presentation box.
