An elegant and very rare, thin Swiss, 18 carat white gold, diamond and sapphire square Art-Deco keyless dress watch, circa 1929. A square case with curved corners set with sapphires and diamonds, bow identical. Brushed silver dial, applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and white gold cathedral hands. Rhodium-plated movement, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with high adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
