A Swiss 14 carat gold open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1927. Retailed by SIM & Co, Troy, N.Y. Nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding. Silvered matte dial, applied Arabic numerals and engine turned subsidiary seconds. Associated case with engine turned geometric design to the case back, engraved leaf motif to the band and rims, hinged back. Dial and movement signed by watchmaker, movement signed by retailer.
