A fine and attractive French platinum open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1930. Mechanical movement, 18 jewels. Two tone silvered brushed and engine turned dial with Roman numerals and outer five minute divisions. Case with ribbed band, snap on back with inlaid blue enamel monogram M surmounted by a crown. Dial and movement signed, case hand stamped with Cartier reference numbers, movement numbered. Comes with original fitted box.
